Zhaoquan Zeng

Zhaoquan (Joe) Zeng has a strong background in semiconductor epitaxy and SIMS studies. Zhaoquan (Joe) is currently serving as a Senior Principal Engineer/SIMS Team Manager at Coherent, where they lead a team in supporting MOCVD and MBE teams globally. Prior to this, they held roles as a Lead SIMS Engineer at II-VI Incorporated and IQE, where they focused on process control and development of III-V semiconductor epitaxy structures. Zhaoquan (Joe) also gained experience as a SIMS Scientist at EAG Laboratories, conducting SIMS studies on various materials. Earlier in their career, they held positions at UC Davis, The Ohio State University, and the University of Arkansas, engaging in research and development in the field of semiconductors.

From 2004 to 2007, Zhaoquan (Joe) Zeng pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Condensed Matter and Materials Physics at the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Science.
