Kristina Bartlett

Kristina Bartlett, MSM has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kristina is currently working at Coherus BioSciences as a Senior Director in HR Commercial Training and Development since October 2019. Prior to this, they held various positions at Syneos Health Commercial Solutions, where they served as a Field Talent Manager and later as a West Regional Sales Manager & Field Talent Manager for AEterna Zentaris Inc. In addition, they worked at Bausch + Lomb as a Regional Business Director, at Privia Health as a Director of Physician Development, and at Cardinal Health as a District Manager and Territory Manager. Other companies they worked at include ISTA Pharmaceuticals, Kos Pharmaceuticals, and Muro Pharmaceuticals. With their extensive experience in sales, talent management, and healthcare, Kristina Bartlett has consistently demonstrated success in launching new products, managing teams, and developing networks of physicians.

Kristina Bartlett, MSM completed their Bachelor of Arts in Management from the California State University-San Bernardino's College of Business and Public Administration in 1998. Kristina later pursued a Master of Science in Business Management from Albertus Magnus College, which they completed in 2008.
