Khushboo Shah

Khushboo Shah has over 10 years of experience in the medical field, with a focus on training and digital transformation. Khushboo began their career as a Resident Assistant at the University of Windsor, before moving on to the American Medical Student Association (AMSA) as Program Coordinator. In this role, they oversaw AMSA's national program portfolio and developed new programs to support the organization's strategic initiatives.

In 2017, Shah transitioned into the healthcare industry with a position as Regional Trainer at LMC Healthcare. In this role, they were responsible for developing and delivering training programs for new hires and existing employees across the organization.

In 2019, Shah joined Medcan as Physician Trainer - Digital Transformation. In this role, they led a cross-functional team to transition into an EMR Accuro system and implemented standard operating procedures and work flow models for intra-clinic management and communication. Khushboo also created digital visual aids for on-boarding new hires and conducted audits and generated reports to help optimize digital transformation.

Most recently, Shah has been working as a Cardiovascular Clinical Applications Specialist at Cohesic since January 2020.

Khushboo Shah has a certificate in change management from the University of Calgary. Khushboo has a bachelor's degree in forensic science and criminology from the University of Windsor. Khushboo is certified by the Canadian Red Cross in CPR/AED/First Aid.
