Tina Grillos

Tina Grillos is an experienced communications leader with a robust background in internal and executive communications. Currently serving as the Senior Director and Head of Internal Communications at Cohesity since May 2023, Tina previously held the role of Sr. Director, Head of Employee/Executive Communications and Programs at Lacework, where strategic communication initiatives were designed. While at Nutanix, Tina established a high-performing communication function engaging over 6,000 global team members. Tina's extensive experience includes leadership positions at ROI Communication, where oversight of a consulting team and engagements with Fortune 100 companies occurred, and at Robert Mondavi, directing internal and external communications. Tina's earlier career included roles at PeopleSoft and Adaptec, contributing to employee engagement and corporate communications efforts. Tina Grillos holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
