Oliver Almonte

Oliver Almonte, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a People and Culture Specialist at CohnReznick since March 2023. Prior to this role, Oliver worked as a Human Resources Representative at Daszkal Bolton from August 2021 to March 2023, and as an Admissions Advisor at 2U from November 2019 to August 2021. Earlier experience includes a position as a Human Resources Generalist at Marcum LLP from August 2011 to November 2019, where responsibilities included managing human resources policies, employee relations, and campus recruiting. Oliver began a professional career in the military as a Logistics Coordinator for the United States Marine Corps from July 2007 to July 2011, and also briefly worked as a Waiter at Maggiano's Little Italy in early 2007. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Resources Management from Barry University and 70 credits in Technical Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
