Niall Scott

Niall Scott is a property and HMO developer with extensive experience in the real estate sector, currently serving as Co-Host of the Property Jam podcast and Asset Manager at co:home, a coliving property management company. Niall co-founded Scott Baker Properties Ltd, specializing in property investment and development with a high-yielding portfolio, and is an active facilitator of The HMO Platform, a mastermind group for landlords focused on property portfolio growth. Previous roles include various positions related to PPI complaint handling within leading financial institutions and teaching English in Colombia. Niall holds a Diploma in Professional Property Investing and Development from Fielding Financial and a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture from Writtle University College.
