Clare MacKmin

Clare Mackmin has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Clare started their career as a HR Advisor at Bracknell Forest Borough Council, followed by a role as an HR Advisor at Affinion International. In 2011, Clare joined Informa as a Global HR Manager before moving on to Barton Willmore as a People and Development Generalist. Clare then worked as an EMEA HR Generalist at Crane Payment Innovations and as an HR Manager for UK & Ireland at IDEMIA. Clare went on to become an International HR Business Partner at QinetiQ and a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Contract) at Akamai Technologies. Currently, they hold the position of Group Head of HR at Cohort plc. In between their professional roles, Clare took time to travel in Central and South America.

Clare Mackmin holds a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Middlesex University. Clare also has a Certificate in Personnel Practice (Level 5) from Bracknell & Wokingham College. Clare further pursued their education at the University of West London, where they obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in HRM (Level 7) in the field of Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Lastly, they completed a BA Honours degree in Business Administration from the University of the West of England. Additionally, Clare has obtained a Certificate in Personnel Practice from the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development).
