Séraphie de Tracy has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Séraphie is currently the Co-founder and CEO of Cohort, a B2B SaaS platform that utilizes NFTs to revolutionize brand growth and customer engagement. Prior to this, Séraphie served as the Chief Operating Officer at Stratumn, a Fintech B2B start-up focused on blockchain technology for financial traceability. Séraphie held positions such as VP Growth Operations and Sales Director at Stratumn. Séraphie also worked at AXA, where they held roles such as Senior Strategy Manager and Strategy Manager, specializing in global and UK operations. Séraphie began their career as a Consultant at Roland Berger.

Séraphie de Tracy pursued their education at HEC Paris, where they completed a Master of Management degree from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, from 2009 to 2010, they attended CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education, where they obtained a CEMS double degree in the field of CEMS.
