Ramona Hollie-Major

Dr. Ramona Hollie-Major is the Chief Operating Officer at COI Energy. She has 20+ years of senior-level experience as the Director of Operations for Allentown School District, Executive Director of Operation for the Office of Specialized Services for the School District of Philadelphia, the Director of Operations and Facilitator Development for the National Institute for School Leadership, Executive Director for Crayola, LLC., and Associate Director of MBA Programs for DeSales University. Dr. Ramona’s professional background includes strategic management, systems thinking, operations management, organizational change, educational leadership, brand management, program development, and community relations. She enjoys helping operationalize efficiencies in facilities to improve the bottom-line.

Dr. Ramona is committed to volunteerism. She is a current board member for The Literacy Center, member of DeSales University Business School Advisory Council and an Ambassadoll for The Black Doll Affair. Dr. Ramona previously served on boards and committees for the YWCA, United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley, Discover Lehigh Valley, and the prison ministry for Life Church of the Lehigh Valley.
