Christian V. Bergmann has an extensive work experience spanning several decades. Christian V. started their career in the US Navy as a Tactical Action Officer from 1986 to 1990. Christian V. then joined Morgan Stanley, where they held various roles, including Managing Director in London, Munich, and Frankfurt, where they worked on advisory and financing transactions for prominent private equity clients and DAX 30 companies. In 2006, Bergmann co-founded and served as the CEO and Managing Partner of Alegro Capital, where they built and led a team responsible for executing M&A and financing transactions with public and private companies across Europe, the US, and Africa. Christian V. personally sourced and executed numerous transactions, oversaw all regulatory affairs, and managed hiring and firing, as well as setting bonuses and payouts. In 2017, they joined Burnham Hill, LLP as the Managing Partner. Subsequently, they held various leadership positions at Migo, including Vice President of Partnerships, Vice President of Finance, Corporate Head, and Senior Vice President of Operations. Most recently, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer at iTalent Digital and Coign.
Christian V. Bergmann holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from Columbia Business School. Christian V. also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in European History from Cornell University. Prior to that, they attended Staples High School. Additionally, Christian has additional certifications including completing the International Offshore Safety at Sea Course with Hands-On Training from US Sailing and participating in the 2022 CFO Bootcamp offered by Badgr.
