Lucas Werdal

Lucas Werdal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and project management. Currently serving as the Head of Pre-Construction at COIL since November 2021, Lucas leads a commercial sales team focused on driving the growth and adoption of COIL's products, consistently achieving sales quotas. Prior roles include Solutions Engineer and Commercial Sales Manager, where successful strategies were implemented to enhance average transaction sizes and reduce sales cycles. Lucas demonstrated exceptional performance as an Account Executive with 100% quota attainment in Q1 FY2022. Previously, Lucas held the position of Senior Launcher at REEF from August 2020 to September 2021, responsible for overseeing project timelines from inception to deployment. Lucas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance from Cornish College of the Arts.
