Elaine McClelland is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in various roles within the field. Currently serving as Human Resources Business Partner and previously as Human Resources Specialist at Coillte since August 2021, Elaine has a solid foundation from their tenure at Airbus, where roles included Human Resources Business Partner and HR Administrator from May 2018 to August 2021. Prior experience includes a position as HR Administrator at Bord Bia - The Irish Food Board for a brief period in early 2017. Elaine holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Technological University Dublin, obtained from 2014 to 2018, and is currently pursuing certification in Mental Health First Aid, which began in 2019.
