Stephanie Corcoran is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles since 2006. Currently serving as Human Resources Operations Manager and HR Business Partner at Coillte since December 2013, Stephanie oversees employee relations for approximately 410 staff, addressing issues related to sick leave, compensation and benefits, grievances, and performance management, while also engaging with industrial relations representatives. Previous positions include HR Generalist and HR Administrator, where responsibilities encompassed managing HR administration and supporting staff with policies and queries. Prior experience includes HR roles at University College Dublin and Tesco Ireland, as well as a brief internship at Deloitte. Stephanie holds a BA (Hons) in Human Resources Management from National College of Ireland, along with several qualifications in HR and project management.
