Hannah Schoonover

Hannah Schoonover, MBA, currently serves as the Human Resources and Operations Manager at McLaurin Aerospace, where responsibilities include developing recruiting strategies, implementing HR systems, and managing all HR functions as the company scales from 25 to 70 employees.
