Alberto Fornabaio is an experienced professional in fund and asset management within the real estate sector. Currently serving as a Manager at COIMA since June 2019, Alberto has progressed through roles as an Associate and Senior Analyst, focusing on execution and asset management activities, particularly in tenant relations and negotiations. Prior experience includes working as an Analyst in Fund & Investment Management at Castello SGR, where Alberto was involved in the origination and execution of real estate fund activities and collaborated with major national and international players. Alberto's career started in investment banking at Intesa Sanpaolo as a Real Estate Analyst and included internships at Accenture in management consulting and KPMG in industrial audit. Alberto holds a Master's degree in Management with a major in Corporate Finance from Università Bocconi, an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from Università degli Studi di Firenze.

Through the consolidation of the three neighbourhoods Garibaldi, Varesine and Isola, Porta Nuova returns to Milan an abandoned area of over 290,000 square meters, with 24 LEED certified buildings for a sustainable quality level without comparison in Italy. 30 architects of 8 different nationalities took part in the project, which among the various international awards received the European Property Award 2015-2016 and the MIPIM Award 2018.
