Gustavo Hidalgo Aranda has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Gustavo is currently serving as the Executive Vice President (EVP) Global Service at PayComplete since September 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Dornier MedTech as the Head of Technical Service & QA|RA Iberia from June 2022 to September 2023 and as the Head of Technical Service Iberia (Spain & Portugal) from September 2022 to June 2023.

From 2018 to 2022, Gustavo worked at ITW as the Technical Service Director Europe | Africa, where they managed service operations in Europe & Africa for the Division of ITW, Hi cone with a business of approximately $280M. Gustavo also led a highly competent team of 8 direct reports and was responsible for heading the Europe service and support division.

Prior to that, they worked at Werfen as the Service Process Manager (Spain & Portugal) / Service Director from December 2016 to April 2018. At Olympus Europe, they served as the Quality Service Manager from July 2015 to December 2016.

Gustavo's work experience also includes roles at Tyco Fire Protection Products, LPG Tecnicas en Extinción de Incendios, S.L., LPG Prevención y protección, and Fike Corporation. In these positions, they held various leadership roles in quality management, technical service, and project management.

Overall, Gustavo has extensive experience in leading service operations, quality management, and technical service in various industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, and fire protection.

Gustavo Hidalgo Aranda's education history includes various degrees and certifications in business and management fields. Gustavo obtained a diploma in Industrial Electronics from IES Pedraforca in 1995. Gustavo then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business and International Economics from Universitat de Vic – Universitat Central de Catalunya, a Bachelor's degree in Management and Public Relations from IICP (Paris), and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Staffordshire University, all completed between 2003 and 2007.
