Arvin Bhangu

Arvin Bhangu has a long and varied work experience. Arvin began their career in 2011 as the Founder of Algorithmic Trading. In 2012, they became a Developer Partner for the Google Glass Developer Program. In 2013, they were the Co-Founder of the Toronto Cryptocurrency Exchange and a Software Engineer for SMART Storage Systems. In 2014, they were a Data Engineer for Hyperloop Data, and in 2016 they were a Software Engineer for Boro. From 2017 to present, they have been a Private Investor for Aria Venture Capital, investing in blockchain protocols ranging from $50k to $250k. In 2018, they became a Blockchain Mentor for the Founder Institute and Co-Founder of social.network. Arvin is currently the Co-Founder of CoinHomes.

Arvin Bhangu completed their Ontario Secondary School Diploma from Waterloo Collegiate Institute in 2008. In 2013, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including a Certified Scrum Master from LinkedIn in September 2019, a Six Sigma Black Belt from the Project Management Institute in September 2019, and seven certifications from Lynda.com in Cybersecurity with Cloud Computing, Hadoop Fundamentals, Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack in Depth, R Statistics Essential Training, and Techniques and Concepts of Big Data.
