Eric Peters

Eric Peters is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in asset management and investment strategies. Currently serving as the CEO/CIO of Coinbase Asset Management since March 2023, Eric leads a premier digital asset manager that provides investment strategies and infrastructure for institutional engagement in digital assets. Prior to this, Eric founded One River Asset Management in March 2013, where innovative alternative investment strategies are developed, focusing on volatility, trend, and inflation. Eric also co-founded Grant Capital Partners in March 2008, a global macro hedge fund employing option strategies. Eric holds a BS in Business Economics from Brown University, graduating in 1989.
