Elena Nadolinski

Elena Nadolinski is a technology professional currently serving as a Product Manager for Base at Coinbase since March 2025, following the acquisition of Iron Fish, where Elena was the Founder and CEO since October 2018. Prior experience includes roles as a Software Engineer at Airbnb from February 2017 to June 2018, focusing on backend infrastructure, as well as at Tilt.com, where Elena enhanced the notifications system in 2016-2017. Earlier, Elena worked at Microsoft from April 2015 to July 2016, contributing to the Cortana feature on Windows 10 and engaging in research partnerships. Elena holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, earned in May 2014.
