Kathy Choi

Kathy Choi is a seasoned professional in strategy and operations with extensive experience in various leadership roles at notable companies. Currently serving as the Head of People Analytics, Head of Talent Density Strategy & Ops, Head of Stablecoin Business Development, and Head of Business Operations & Strategy at Coinbase since June 2022, Kathy has previously held the position of Head of Partner Strategy & Operations at Snap Inc. from September 2020 to May 2022. Early career experiences include roles at Boston Consulting Group as a Project Leader and Consultant from August 2017 to September 2020, as well as impactful positions at BloomBoard, Inc. and The Bridgespan Group. Kathy earned an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School and a BA in Cultural Anthropology, Political Science, and History from Duke University. Additional experiences include research assistance at Duke and serving in Teach for America.
