Louis Kim

Louis Kim is an experienced security professional with a solid background in threat detection and incident response across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Security Analyst at Coinbase since May 2023, Louis has refined skills in incident investigations and threat detection using diverse data sources. Prior roles include working as a Senior Threat Detection & Response Engineer at Grab, where regional investigations in a multi-cloud environment were conducted, and as a Cyber Threat Hunter at GovTech Singapore, leading threat hunting exercises. Louis has also contributed as a Cyber Researcher at Custodio Technologies and a Security Operations Engineer at NCS Group, focusing on threat detection and automation processes. An early career included a role as a Security Content Engineer at RSA Security and an internship at the Ministry of Home Affairs Singapore. Louis holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Computer Science from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a Diploma in Infocomm Security Management from Singapore Polytechnic.
