Ritika Pareek

Ritika Pareek is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in various technology roles. Currently, Ritika serves as Engineering Leadership at Coinbase and is the Founder of Happy Stories, a project in stealth mode. Previously, as Director of Engineering for Ads at Loblaw Digital, Ritika led the Onsite and Instore Media team, successfully launching self-serve Sponsored Search. At Wattpad, from December 2019 to May 2023, Ritika managed the Core Experience team, enhancing technical strategy and promoting a collaborative culture. Earlier roles include Engineering Lead at Kateeva and Samsung Electronics, and multiple leadership positions at DITTO and Varian Medical Systems. Ritika holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology.
