Shivangi Gandhi

Shivangi Gandhi is an experienced engineering leader with a robust background in software development and team management. Currently serving in Engineering Leadership at Coinbase since December 2021, Shivangi previously held the position of VP of Engineering at BRD, where significant contributions included recruiting 70% of the engineering team and enhancing employee retention from 67% to 90%. Prior roles included Director of Engineering and Principal Software Engineer at BRD, and Senior Software Engineer at DarkMatter LLC, alongside a substantial tenure at BlackBerry, where impactful secure messaging features were developed.
