Sivaraman Venu

Sivaraman Venu possesses extensive experience in security engineering and incident response, currently serving as the Director and Global Head of Detection Engineering and Incident Response at Coinbase. Previous roles include positions as Sr. Manager for Global Detection and Response and Detection and Response for the APAC region. Sivaraman has also held senior security roles at Snowflake, Intuit, and NetApp, showcasing a strong progression in responsibility and expertise in security engineering. Sivaraman holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Pondicherry University, earned between 2006 and 2010.
