Syd Lota has extensive experience in customer support and management, currently serving as Customer Support Supervisor - Policy Ops at Coinbase since January 2021, previously holding roles as Team Lead and Support Analyst. Prior to Coinbase, Syd worked at IBEX from October 2014 to December 2020, focusing on employee engagement and team management, while also being part of a pilot team for ridesharing customer support.
