Leanne Wales

Leanne Wales has a wealth of work experience spanning over two decades. Leanne began their career in 1997 as a Business Analyst at Centrica. Leanne then moved to LLoyds TSB in 2001 as Head of Supply Chain. In 2006, they became Course Director at Cardiff University. In 2007, they joined Deloitte as Managing Consultant - Supply Chain. In 2008, they were Programme Manager - Supply Chain at NHS Commissioning Support for London and Managing Director at LCW Consulting Ltd. In 2010, they were Deputy Director of Programmes at North Bristol NHS Trust. From 2011 to 2021, they held various roles at The Royal Mint, including Director Of Supply Chain, Head of Strategic Programmes, and Head Of Operational Excellence. In 2021, they became Managing Director at Lime Consulting Solutions Ltd and VP Strategy Operations & People at Coincover.

Leanne Wales attended Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 2003 to 2006, where they earned an MBA in Lean Supply Chain Management. Prior to that, they attended The Open University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a degree in Politics and Economics.
