Richard Chattock

Richard Chattock has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. Richard began their career in 1987 as an Underwriter for UNAT Re. Richard then moved to AXA Re in 1990 as a Senior Underwriter. In 1994, they became Manager of the Property and Casualty Division at Cox Syndicate Management. In 2002, they became Chief Executive Officer and Senior Vice President of Underwriting at Montpelier at Lloyds. From 2018 to 2021, they held Non Executive Director roles at Insurtech Gateway, Humn, Coincover, and Loadsure. Richard also held a Non Executive Director role at GUARDHOG from 2019-2021. Most recently, they became Non Executive Director at TransRe London Limited in 2022.

Richard Chattock completed their Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and Mathematics from the University of Reading between 1982 and 1985.
