Mudita Chauhan

Mudita Chauhan has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Mudita began their career as an Assistant Vice President at Credit Suisse, working in Equity Derivatives Product Control from July 2006 to March 2010. Mudita then joined Bank of America as an HR Business Partner, supporting the Technology function and leading people analytics for the Consumer Banking Technology team from May 2011 to October 2014. Mudita later joined IDFC Bank as an Associate Director II - HR, where they played a key role in launching the banking operations and then focused on projects related to data analytics, organization culture, employer branding, regulatory reporting, and risk management for the HR function from October 2014 to December 2017. Mudita then moved to Reliance Industries Limited as a Sr. General Manager - HR Platform 2.0, contributing to strategic HR initiatives from December 2017 to October 2019. From November 2019 to August 2020, they worked as a Senior Vice President - Head of Human Resources at EduBridge Learning Pvt. Ltd. Currently, they hold the position of Head - Human Resources at CoinDCX starting from September 2020. Throughout their career, Mudita Chauhan has demonstrated expertise in HR leadership and strategic decision-making.

Mudita Chauhan completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore in the years 2002 to 2006. Mudita then pursued a Post Graduate Program in Strategy & Leadership from the Indian School of Business in the year 2010 to 2011. Additionally, Mudita Chauhan obtained certifications in Hogan Assessment, Counselling Skills from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, and Rational Emotive & Cognitive Behavior Therapy Practitioner (RECBT) from Self Align.
