Jonathan Kaufman

Jonathan Kaufman is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in strategic and financial advisory roles. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Global Head of Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions at CoinFlip since May 2024, Kaufman also holds the position of Managing Partner at VX, where services include strategic and financial advisory. Prior to these roles, Kaufman was a Managing Director at Piper Sandler from September 2019 to April 2024 and at Moelis & Company from August 2017 to July 2019. Additionally, Kaufman served as Senior Managing Director at Marlin from January 2011 to July 2017.
