Justin Yawn has over 10 years of work experience in various roles. In 2007, they began their career as a Technical Service Specialist for the School Board of Broward County, where they received up to 200 calls a day and used a Remedy ticketing system to track all tickets. In 2010, they began working as a Repair Technician for Doctor PC and a Project Manager & Technical Advisor for Swifty Productions LLC. In 2015, they became a Technical Support Representative for Wave Broadband, providing broadband, VOIP, and Cable TV technical support via inbound calls. In 2016, they worked as a Product Support Engineer for Avidian Technologies, providing advanced product support and internal IT support to the Sales Team. Finally, in 2018, they became an Operations Support Supervisor for Coinme, where they acted as the Project Manager for various cross department initiatives, monitored and graded Customer Support agents' performance, procured and supported hardware, created and oversaw maintenance of external knowledge base articles, and discovered inefficiencies in workflows and internal procedures.

Justin Yawn began their educational journey at Bellport High School, where they earned their High School Diploma in 2002. Justin then attended Florida Career College, earning an Associate of Science Degree in Computer Network Engineer in 2007. Additionally, they have earned the Eagle Scout from the Boy Scouts of America.
