Elias Hatoum

Elias Hatoum has an extensive work experience spanning over 15 years. Elias currently serves as the Vice President Operations (General Manager) at CoinSmart since December 2021. Prior to this role, Elias worked as the Director of Client Experience at CoinSmart from July 2021 to December 2021.

Before joining CoinSmart, Elias worked at IKEA Group for a significant period. Elias'sroles at IKEA included Business Development Manager - Customer Experience from April 2018 to February 2020, where they led and coordinated various projects and initiatives to improve the customer journey. Elias also served as the Customer Service Manager from July 2014 to April 2018, ensuring a seamless customer experience in a multichannel environment.

Elias also held positions such as Fulfillment Lead from September 2013 to July 2014, After Sales Manager from June 2012 to September 2013, Checkout Manager from August 2010 to June 2012, Checkout Team Support from November 2008 to August 2010, and Sales Co-Worker from April 2006 to November 2008.

Throughout their career, Elias has demonstrated strong leadership skills, driving continuous improvement, and optimizing sales growth while prioritizing customer experience.

Elias Hatoum completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government at York University from 2005 to 2009. Elias has also attained several additional certifications throughout their career. In June 2021, they obtained the Foundations of Project Management certification from Google. In November 2017, they completed the Coaching Essentials certification program at Ken Blanchard. Elias also acquired the Situational Leadership certification from Ken Blanchard in May 2014. Recently, in June 2021, Hatoum became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance.
