Damian Rychter

Damian Rychter is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently, Damian serves as a Senior Software Developer at Qubika and has been an Independent Software Engineer at Coinsource since June 2019. Prior to this, Damian worked at Development Gateway: An IREX Venture for a brief period and was a Team Lead at Endava after the merger with Velocity Partners in 2018. At Velocity Partners, Damian held dual roles as Team Lead and Senior Software Developer, specializing in hybris e-commerce website development. Earlier in the career, Damian has experience as a Developer at Daptech and as a Java Developer at Hexacta, along with a position as a PL/SQL and Oracle Reports developer at DGR Dirección General de Rentas de Entre Ríos.
