Nadia Myshakina

Nadia Myshakina currently works as an Integration and Support Specialist at CoinsPaid since December 2022. Previously, Nadia was a Technical Support Specialist at NSYS Group from October 2021 to December 2022. Nadia's responsibilities include handling customer technical support cases, identifying hardware and software issues, installation and configuration of software, creating training materials, and direct communication with development and marketing teams. Nadia is also the Head of the LatAm region, responsible for Spanish speaking customers. Nadia holds a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language Teacher Education from Moscow State Linguistic University.
