Demelza Hays

Demelza Hays, Ph.D., is an experienced digital asset portfolio manager currently working at Zeltner & Co, overseeing the Cryptocurrency Frontier AMC and Bitcoin Volatility Fund since March 2022. Hays serves as Chief Economist and Head of Research at Cointelegraph and holds advisory roles at Relai and on the Board of Directors for Crypto Research. From January to September 2020, Hays consulted for Dash - Digital Cash and has previously worked as an Internal Doctoral Student at Universität Liechtenstein, teaching finance and blockchain topics. Hays has also acted as a Blockchain Advisor for RealUnit Schweiz AG and served on the Board of Directors at Blockchain Büro, along with experience as a Junior Fund Manager at Incrementum AG. Hays holds a Ph.D. in Business Economics from Universität Liechtenstein, a Master's degree in Economics from Toulouse School of Economics, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of South Florida.
