Watthanan Mongkonphetraksa has been working in the Human Resources field since 2011. Watthanan began their career as a Project Coordinator at DNVGL, Thailand in 2011. In 2019, they moved to the Fitness and Lifestyle Group as a Human Resources Manager. Currently, they are employed as a Payroll Manager at Coinweb.io since 2022.

Watthanan Mongkonphetraksa has a diverse educational background. In 2019, they completed a Certificate degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Chulalongkorn University, as well as a Certificate degree in Human Resources Development from the same university. Watthanan also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Tourism and Hotel Management from Mahasarakham University, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Thai Study from Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University.
