Josue M Gonzalez

Josue M Gonzalez has worked in three different positions since 2018. In 2018, they began working as an Admission Representative for Charter College. In this role, they explained education programs, expected outcomes, student services, and financial considerations to students and their support system. Josue M also managed inquiries to achieve prompt contact and performance activity weekly goals, utilized approved recruitment policies/formats, and made immediate and effective contact with queries. In 2020, they began working as a College Navigator for Nightingale College. In this role, they assisted all college current and potential students, including career assessment, enrollment applications, financial aid completion, financial aid forms, residency determination service (RDS), placement information, registration, transfer information, and payment. Josue M also maintained a current knowledge base of all student-related resources, procedures, and policies. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as a CS Technical Support for CoinZoom. In this role, they synthesized insights from user interactions and critical surface issues for the Engineering team, and assisted in designing, implementing, and operating user support processes to ensure the group meets goals. Josue M also assisted incoming customer requests over online chat, email, and online video calls.

Josue M Gonzalez completed an Associate's degree in business with a field of study in General Studies from Salt Lake Community College in 2019. Prior to that, they earned a High School Diploma from GRANGER HIGH SCHOOL between 2014 and 2017.
