Brad Hunsucker

Brad Hunsucker is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in operations and management within the cleaning and restoration industry. As President/Owner and Chief Operating Officer of COIT Cleaning and Restoration Services since February 2012, Brad successfully restructured the organization, overseeing daily operations for 58 employees and driving a $6M P&L across multiple business lines. Prior roles include Director of Operations at Shell Lumber and Hardware, Director of Franchise Operations at Stanley Steemer of South Florida, and ownership of a Stanley Steemer franchise. Brad's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Muskingum University and a College Preparatory Diploma from St. Charles College Prep.
