Laura Benedetti

Laura Benedetti is a seasoned professional in human resources with significant experience in the hospitality sector. Currently serving as Adjointe Directrice des Ressources Humaines at COJEAN since August 2022, Laura previously held the role of Responsable Administration du Personnel et Paie at Cheval Blanc from January 2020 to July 2022. Prior to that, Laura worked at Hôtel Plaza Athénée Paris in various human resources capacities from June 2015 to January 2020 and completed internships in human resources at Le Bristol Paris in 2014. Laura's career began with roles in food and beverage service and as a receptionist at Best Western Hotels & Resorts. Laura holds a Master of Business Administration in International Hotel Management and a Bachelor's degree in the same field, both from Vatel France, complemented by a BAC ES from Lycée Albert Camus.
