Chrl Susan Rousell

Susan Rousell, CHRL has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Susan began their career in 1999 at Ford Motor Company as an HR Business Partner, where they were responsible for labour relations and supporting plant operations. In 2004, they joined High Liner Foods as an HR Business Partner and later took on roles as Manager of Employee Programs & Retention Strategy, and Director of Corporate Human Resources, where they were responsible for various HR strategies and programs. Susan then moved on to become the Director of Total Rewards, where they focused on developing and implementing compensation and HRIS strategies. Most recently, in 2023, they joined Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited as the Director of Human Resources.

Susan Rousell, CHRL, has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Guelph. Susan also holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Humber College. In addition to their educational background, Susan has obtained certifications such as Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association, Korn Ferry Talent Review Certification from the Korn Ferry Academy, and Predictive Index Certification from the Predictive Success Corporation.
