Beau Fisher

Beau Fisher is currently the Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary at Coca-Cola Consolidated since March 2017. Prior to that, Beau was a Member at Moore & Van Allen PLLC from September 1998 to February 2017. Beau Fisher's expertise lies in general corporate law, with a focus on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, private placements, joint ventures, strategic alliances, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. Beau holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, a B.S. in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of North Carolina School of Law.
