Emily Drucker

Emily Drucker is a food safety and quality expert with a decade of experience in the food industry. Currently serving as a Sr Quality Manager at Coca-Cola Consolidated, Emily also operates as a Food Safety Consultant at Drucker Food Solutions since May 2019. Previously, Emily held the role of Senior Advisor at TriVista, where responsibilities included conducting food safety audits and serving as Interim Director of Quality Control. As Director of Operations at Mothers' Milk Bank of Tennessee, Emily developed a food safety program while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. With earlier roles spanning from account management to quality assurance and product development, Emily's comprehensive background is complemented by a Bachelor's of Science in Nutrition and Food Science from Middle Tennessee State University.
