David Guays has been with Colart since June 1997, serving as Responsable Engineering and previously as Responsable maintenance. In the role of Responsable Engineering, responsibilities include leading production studies, project management, and expert tasks, alongside driving continuous improvement actions aligned with Lean Manufacturing strategies. As Responsable maintenance, David manages a team of 10 maintenance professionals. Prior experience includes a technician role at Serac Group and a technician mountaineer position at Orano, both preceded by a multi-technical maintenance technician role and an educational background in Electrotechnique from lycée G. TOUCHARD, where a BTS degree was obtained between 1990 and 1994.
