Jane Beeston

Jane Beeston has over 30 years of experience in human resources, starting in 1988 at H.J. Heinz Company. Jane then worked at BSI as an HR Policy Manager, followed by a role as an HR Business Consultant at Friends Provident. In 1995, they joined Colart Fine Art & Graphics Ltd, where they served as an HR Manager and later as an HR Director. In 2009, they transitioned to Colart as the Group HR Director, and in 2015, they became the Chief People Officer, responsible for leading the global strategic people agenda across multiple countries.

Jane Beeston obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Psychology from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 1984 to 1988. In June 1988, they became a member of the British Psychological Society. Jane further pursued their education and obtained a postgraduate diploma in personnel management from CIPD in June 1991. In September 2005, they obtained a postgraduate diploma in employment law from the University of South Wales. Finally, in July 2016, they achieved the certification of Chartered Fellow from CIPD.
