Matthieu Vandenweghe

Matthieu VanDenWeghe serves as the User eXperience Officer at COLAS DIGITAL SOLUTIONS since May 2021, overseeing teams focused on enhancing the user experience for COLAS employees through Digital Workplace, Digital Factory, and Digital Academy initiatives. Throughout a long tenure at COLAS beginning in October 2004, Matthieu has held various leadership roles, including responsibility for Digital Workplace within the Digital and Data division, driving user environment digitization and cloud technology integration across 50 countries. Previous positions included managing technical architecture services, leading a multidisciplinary team to evolve COLAS's information systems, and executing global deployment projects as a Microsoft SCCM Architect. Matthieu's early career included engineering roles at bfinance, where significant infrastructure developments were achieved. Matthieu holds a Master of Science in Engineering from SUPINFO, pursued since 2004.
