Hugues Bouvet

Hugues Bouvet is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, financial support for business development, and project financing. Currently, Hugues serves as the Head of M&A and Financial Support for Bids and Business Development teams at Colas Rail since March 2024. Prior to this role, Hugues held various positions at COLAS from January 2013 to February 2024, including Finance Manager for Colas USA and Regional Financial Manager for Colas Africa South. Hugues's earlier experience includes analytical roles at Natixis, Bouygues Construction, ENGIE, and LCL. Hugues holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from NEOMA Business School, complemented by an international exchange program at Tecnológico de Monterrey and a diploma in business management from IUT de Paris - Rives de Seine.
