Brett Baker

Brett Baker is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the construction materials industry. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at Colas USA since March 2022, Baker previously held various leadership roles at SIMON, including President and Vice President of Operations, from December 2016 to September 2022. Prior to that, Baker spent over 14 years at LafargeHolcim, culminating in the position of Head of Great Lakes Region, where responsibilities included managing a division of over 450 employees and significant assets and revenue. Additional roles at Lafarge included General Manager and Director of Sales and Marketing, demonstrating a strong background in operations, sales, and strategic management. Brett Baker holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University.
