Paul Lum

Paul Lum is an accomplished Technical Director at Colas USA, with a diverse background in engineering and management within the construction and materials industry. Prior roles include Commercial Performance Manager with CRH Americas and Business Solutions Manager with CRH Canada, where product development and innovative solutions were key responsibilities. At Lafarge Canada, Lum served in various capacities, including Director of Quality and Director of New Products Development, focusing on the integration of sustainable practices, recycled materials, and advanced quality control systems across multiple sites. Lum holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo, obtained in 1987.
