Jeff Koenig

Jeff Koenig currently serves as the Director of Talent Management at COLAS, overseeing talent management strategies for the company's extensive operations across the United States since June 2023. Previous positions include Vice President of Human Resources at Barrett Industries, Director of Human Resources at SIMON, and various HR leadership roles at companies such as OtterBox, NetApp, Key Equipment Finance, and others. With a robust background in human resources spanning over two decades, Jeff has managed HR functions in diverse sectors, including construction, technology, and finance, and has extensive experience in employee relations, compensation, and organizational development. Jeff holds a BSBA in Management, Finance, and Economics from the University of Northern Colorado and has pursued additional coursework towards SPHR certification at Colorado State University.
