Johann Goineau

Johann Goineau has extensive experience in the construction and engineering sectors, currently serving as Responsable business development for INFRACARE at COLAS since June 2008. In this role, Johann focuses on enhancing road infrastructure maintenance through preventive measures, utilizing performance indicators and multi-year maintenance planning. Johann has also held positions including Chef de projet in the Direction Innovation, overseeing innovation projects related to augmented reality and robotics, and BPO Domaine chantier for the COPERNIC project, ensuring process alignment with company goals. Previously, Johann managed a 10M€ revenue construction agency, emphasizing operational efficiency, quality control, business development, and human resources management. Prior roles include Ingenieur Travaux at SCREG OUEST and SCREG NORD PICARDIE. Johann holds an Engineering degree from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Géologie, obtained in 2001.
