Sophie Gour

Sophie GOUR currently serves as Group Vice President of Equipment & Procurement at COLAS since 2024. Prior to this role, Sophie held the position of Corporate Senior VP Global Procurement & CPO at Veolia from 2021 to 2024, where responsibilities included managing an addressable spend of €12 billion and reporting directly to the Group CEO. Notable achievements include leading a significant integration with Suez, reaching savings targets amidst challenging conditions, and establishing a robust procurement organization. Earlier experience includes serving as CFO and Chief Administrative Officer at SADE, where Sophie implemented a transformation program that significantly improved operational performance. Sophie’s career also includes various financial leadership roles at Veolia, Solvay, Capgemini, and Plastic Omnium, complemented by a strong educational background in finance and management from institutions such as Paris ESLSCA Business School and executive training from Babson College.
